I can’t log in, what should I do?
Double-check your email and password. If you use a password manager, paste carefully to avoid trailing spaces. Still stuck? Try a browser refresh, then contact support so we can verify your account.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot password” and follow the email link to set a new one. If you don’t see the email after a few minutes, check spam or promotions folders.
My favorites aren’t showing up.
Make sure you’re signed into the same account on all devices. If you recently favorited shops offline, they’ll sync once you’re back online. If they still don’t appear, contact support so we can restore them.
Why don’t I see distances for shops?
Distance is shown when location access is allowed. If you prefer not to share location, you’ll still see shops but without distance sorting. You can always enter a city or ZIP to improve accuracy.
Do I need to allow location access?
No, but allowing it gives better nearby results. If you deny location, you can manually search by city or ZIP and we’ll tailor recommendations to that area.
Why are recommendations or mood-based quotes sometimes inaccurate?
Recommendations learn from your saves and feedback. If something feels off, rate a few shops, update your mood, or refresh your filters. Quotes are pulled from our curated set and may not always match perfectly; tell us when they miss and we’ll tune them.
How does the Cat Chatbot work?
It’s a lightweight AI helper tuned for Coffee Corner. It can answer basic “how do I” questions about using the app, but it won’t access your private data or place orders.
Why can’t I submit a new shop?
Make sure you’re signed in and have a stable connection. If the form fails, try again in a minute. Ongoing issues? Send the shop details via the Contact page and we’ll add it for you.
I’m seeing a blank or stuck screen.
Refresh the page and clear your browser cache. If you installed the PWA, force-quit and reopen. Persistent issues should be reported to support with a screenshot.
How do I report a bug?
Use the Contact form with steps to reproduce, your device/browser, and a screenshot if possible. This helps us fix it quickly.
